Textured 'watercolour' bangle

A series of bangles which developed from experiments with rolling metal between layers of artists watercolour paper. It gave a lovely matte texture but with slightly raised edges. 

I also really liked how rolling the bangles when formed into circles left them an 'irregular' round shape and curved as they came through the rollers so I decided that this would be retained as a feature.

All bangles have a small 18ct yellow gold loop, which has also been rolled with watercolour paper.

The heavy weight bangle is made with 4mm round wire and the light with 3mm.
