Rose cut pink sapphire, diamond, silver and 18ct yellow gold ring

A beautiful round rose cut sapphire in a lovely opaque pinky colour. The sapphire is 5.62cts and is just under 15mm in diameter.

The stone is set in 18ct yellow gold and has a line of graduated grain set diamonds curving around the stone.

The silver ring was first hand carved in wax specifically for this stone and then re-produced in silver using the 'lost wax' casting process.
